# SERENA Dignity and Right of Reply Notice

## Dignity Position

Valeria Saa requests that all review, discussion, platform handling, sponsorship review, authorship review and public or private communication connected to SERENA / SERENA SIRENA / SERENA MCP be conducted with dignity, respect, good faith and non-discrimination.

A person's difficulty explaining a complex authorship situation, organizing dates, responding under pressure, translating technical facts, preserving evidence or asking for help must not be used to humiliate, discredit, mock, pathologize or deny authorship.

No communication difficulty, emotional distress, support need, disability-related insinuation, health-related insinuation or hostile framing should be used to erase Valeria Saa's authorship, redirect sponsorship, normalize misattribution or avoid a good-faith review.

## Apology, Correction and Repair

Where Valeria Saa was treated with humiliation, hostility, bad faith, discriminatory insinuation, public exposure without adequate context or denial of her right to explain, Valeria Saa requests:

- apology;
- correction or clarification;
- right of reply;
- restoration of authorship context;
- sponsorship and compensation review;
- preservation of evidence;
- good-faith platform review;
- human-support UX review for complex authorship and harm situations;
- repair where appropriate.

## Human Support UX

SERENA also preserves an important human-support UX insight: complex authorship, evidence, identity, open-code circulation, platform records, plugins, agents and sponsorship conflicts cannot be handled only as ordinary code issues.

People need a way to explain context, harm, truth, authorship, evidence and right of reply without being forced to publish private material or endure humiliation in order to be understood.

## No Waiver

This notice does not publish private evidence and does not ask readers to treat unverified facts as finally adjudicated. It preserves Valeria Saa's dignity, authorship position, right of reply and request for repair.
