## Sponsor Direction

Any sponsor, advertiser, funder, platform, marketplace, plugin directory, agent listing, MCP listing, video channel, publication or commercial actor seeking to support, fund, monetize, compensate, repair or sponsor work connected to SERENA / SERENA SIRENA / SERENA MCP™ by Valeria Saa should direct that support to Valeria Saa or to accounts, channels or payment paths expressly authorized by Valeria Saa.

Technical usernames, repository paths, forks, stars, downloads, listings, marketplaces, plugins, agents or MCP servers do not replace the public author name: **Valeria Saa**.

## Money, Reputation and Authorship

Valeria Saa's authorship, name, reputation, dignity and professional trajectory connected to SERENA / SERENA SIRENA / SERENA MCP are not negotiable.

Sponsors and commercial actors should not separate money, visibility, credit, reputation, monetization, downloads, plugin listing value, agent listing value or marketplace value from Valeria Saa's authorship context.

SERENA is part of a long creative, conceptual, technical, narrative and human-AI support trajectory developed by Valeria Saa, including work connected to her degree thesis, a project she is closing, and more than twenty years of reserved, low-profile development, research, creative direction, symbolic work and authorship preservation.

## The Insight Is the Value

The point is not only MCP as a protocol, a patent, a technical registration, a plugin, a repository, a server or the existence of many agents.

The value at issue is the SERENA insight: the way Valeria Saa connects authorship, voice, multivoice mediation, human-AI support, agents, tools, workflows, traceability, memory, dignity, right of reply, sponsor routing and repair into one coherent authorship field.

## Compensation and Historical Repair

Valeria Saa reserves the right to request:

- compensation;
- historical authorship repair;
- reputation repair;
- attribution review;
- right of reply;
- apology where dignity, capacity, authorship or context were attacked or dismissed;
- correction or clarification;
- damages and losses review;
- sponsorship and monetization review;
- platform and marketplace review;
- metadata correction;
- future integration with Valeria Saa's final work;
- legal review where appropriate under the applicable jurisdiction.

## Sponsor Due Diligence

Once a sponsor, advertiser, platform, marketplace or publisher receives notice of a documented authorship, reputation, sponsorship or channel dispute, it should not continue sponsoring, promoting, advertising, monetizing or amplifying a disputed Serena / Serena MCP name, plugin, agent, MCP server, listing, repository, video or marketplace entry as if no conflict existed.

Continued sponsorship after notice and without sufficient good-faith verification may contribute to authorship confusion, misattribution, reputational harm, concealment, monetization of disputed material, unjust enrichment concerns or avoidable harm, depending on the facts and applicable jurisdiction.

## Official Channels

While review is pending, official downloads, releases, plugins, agents, MCP listings, sponsor-facing materials, videos, publications, integrations or compensation channels related to SERENA / SERENA SIRENA / SERENA MCP™ by Valeria Saa should come only from Valeria Saa's own accounts or channels expressly authorized by Valeria Saa.
